Summary:
Chicago IEEE Women in Engineering is excited to invite you to see What We’re UP Against at Raven Theatre with a $15 discount on Thursday, February 7, 2019.

What We’re UP Against is written by award winning playwright Theresa Rebeck (Mauritius, Seminar, NBC’s Smash) and focuses on the timely and relevant issue of gender politics in the workplace, particularly a workplace that is typically male dominated. Set in a highly competitive architecture firm, What We’re Up Against takes an explosive look at the complicated battle of the sexes raging through the workplace hallways. A funny yet insightful view of what it means to be female in a male dominated career and one woman’s response when she tires of slamming into the glass ceiling.

Please register through the link on this page, and use the discount code ‘IEEE’ to pay $20 instead of $35. Once you click on Tickets, you can enter the ‘IEEE’ promotional code before checkout. The performance starts at 8:00pm and it runs for 90 minutes with no intermission. Please show up half an hour early if you would like to network with other IEEE peers in the lobby before the show.
