Explore the fundamentals of deep learning by training neural networks and using results on the Nvidia Cloud Frameworks, using CPU and GPUs, to improve performance and capabilities.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the basics of deep learning by training and deploying neural networks. You’ll learn how to:
-Implement common deep learning workflows, such as image classification and object detection
-Experiment with data, training parameters, network structure, and other strategies to improve and increase performance and capability
-Deploy your neural networks onto an embedded platform to start solving real-world problems
This workshop will help you to start the learning process and to follow up with on-line self-paced learning to enable you to start solving problems on your own with deep learning. Upon successful completion, you’ll receive NVIDIA DLI Certification to recognize subject matter competency and support professional career growth.
Dr. Fathi M. Salem, Professor, Electrical Engineering, Michigan State University
is a Professor in the Dept of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Neuroscience Program at Michigan State University. He is the Director of the Circuits, Systems, and Neural Networks (CSANN) Lab. Prof. Salem is an Nvidia University Program Ambassador and a certified Nvidia Instructor.
